  • Drink Plenty of water minimum 3 liter.
  • Sleep before 9 pm to 5 am. 8 hours per day. Use indian toilet, Brushing teeth only finger 3 times daily
  • Do home work or Office work physically.
  • walk regular, Avoid Anger, Eco, Tension.
  • Less oil, sugar, salt, meat, chicken.
  • Take more vegetable, Greens, and Fruits
  • Avoid Washing machine and fridge.
  • Take 7 taste in food Regularly.
  • Don't control urine, toilet & laughing.
  • Avoid day time sleep Take rest only.
  • Take Fish, Meat, Cereal, Vegetables Boiled Cooking

Children Health Tips

  • Feeding Mother Milk Only, Daily Bath Cold/Hot Water.
  • Regular sports, Read Books, swimming & Games.
  • Less Video game, Cell phones, T.V, Computer
  • Avoid packed Drink & Foods, Give Milk and Fresh Fruits,
  • Watch T.V Only Science, Comedy, Education Subject
  • Avoid Cinema, Drama, Serials and Romantic.
  • Take more sun rays, do yoga and Meditation.
  • Sleep at 8 pm to 6 am, 10 hr per day.
  • Give training to do their won Works themself.like Washing, Cooking and room cleaning Gardening etc,
